All Heart Training was founded in November 2020 to offer convenient and approachable emergency preparedness training. Based on trusted curriculum from the American Red Cross, it is our mission to bring students the opportunity to recognize and care for a variety of emergency situations, elevating the preparedness of our local communities, homes and workplaces.
Founded by Laurie Shepherd, All Heart Training is built on Laurie’s background as an educator and coach for over 20 years. Her passion is to see students learn, reflect, grow and develop the skills they need to lead a successful and inspired life. Through her ongoing recertifications for CPR, First Aid and lifeguarding, Laurie identified a need for an approachable and affordable option for CPR and life-saving skills training. Through this vision, All Heart Training was born to help people and organizations stay informed and further their emergency preparedness training.
